Roger Karner


With over 30 years of experience in building automation, a true pro in the sector has been in charge of the destiny of MDT since 2021. After moving from a major international corporation to the German SME, at MDT Roger Karner is focussing on the further expansion of the company and internationalisation.




Hans-Joachim Kremer


In 2009 Hans-Joachim Kremer converted production at MDT and the company moved from working memory production to the KNX world. Since then he has been a driving force behind innovation in the company and on the KNX market. In 2021 Hans-Joachim Kremer handed over the management to Roger Karner and since then he has been fully devoted to his passion of developing new, innovative KNX products.




Marcel Gramann

Sales and Marketing

With over 15 years of experience in the building automation sector, Marcel Gramann is another experienced pro in the sector who is part of the MDT team. Since joining the company, Marcel Gramann has personally been very committed to further expanding the national and international sales structures and driving forward the positioning of the brand. 




Steffen Hirsch


With Steffen Hirsch, MDT has an experienced CFO who has worked at many small and medium-sized B2B companies over the course of his career. At MDT, he is responsible for accounting, financial controlling, purchasing and IT.
